Sechseläuten, spring festival of the guilds and burning of the Böögg 1891 Zurich, Switzerland

From Wikipedia:

Burnings of Böögg figures (the German term for "bogey", in origin scary-looking ragdolls) in spring is attested in various places of the city from the late 18th and early 19th century, without direct connection to the Sechseläuten. The combination of the Sechseläuten parade and the burning of an official Böögg was introduced in 1902.
